GetDefensive.com accepts both credit card payments and online check payments. The fee for the course must be paid in full before you begin taking the Garland Texas defensive driving internet course.

Yes, there is a limit.  Under Garland Texas law, the Texas Education Agency (T.E.A.) allows defendants one (1) ticket dismissal during a 12-month period if they successfully complete a T.E.A.-certified Garland Texas defensive driving/driver safety course.  GetDefensive.com's online defensive driving/driver safety/ticket dismissal course is approved by the T.E.A., so taking and passing it will get one (1) ticket dismissed from your record, but no more until 12 months afterwards.  If you have already taken a defensive driving course within the last 12 months or are otherwise unsure as to whether you are currently eligible to take a defensive driving course for ticket dismissal, you should either order a copy of your Texas Driving Record or check with the Garland Texas court to determine your current eligibility status.

The two (2) ways GetDefensive.com verifies your identity when you take our Garland Texas online defensive driving course: by pulling questions from your driver record on file with the Texas DPS and from your vehicle registration information on file with the Texas Department of Transportation; or if you do not have both a driver record and a registered vehicle on file with the State of Texas, you will need to provide a signed and notarized Statement of Assurance and you will be asked personal questions throughout the course to verify your identity.
