The prices may vary by format for GetDefensive.com’s Texas internet defensive driving courses. The price may be slightly more if you choose the defensive driving DVD or the defensive driving streaming video. For the online defensive driving course, the price is the lowest possible price under State law, and this includes the mailing of your Texas completion certificate that will be sent via regular US mail.
How does this class work after I sign up for GetDefensive.com’s defensive driving online class?
GetDefensive.com offers two (2) types of internet defensive driving courses - one is for ticket dismissal and the other is for auto insurance premium reduction. You may take GetDefensive.com’s online defensive driving course on any computer with internet access. You are free to start and stop as often as you'd like, and then pick up from wherever you left off. The internet defensive driving class is divided into several chapters, and at the end of each chapter you will have to take a brief, multiple-choice quiz which will help you in preparing for the final exam. When you successfully finish the final exam, GetDefensive.com will present to you a certificate of completion which will be sent to you via the mailing method that you pick at registration.
My auto insurance premiums are higher than average due to a previous traffic ticket. Do I qualify for any auto insurance reduction when I take GetDefensive.com’s defensive driving online course?

I’d rather not sit through a traditional defensive driving classroom program. Am I required to get through GetDefensive.com’s defensive driving online class all at once, or can I take breaks as needed?
You are permitted to start and stop when you take the GetDefensive.com defensive driving online course. You do not need to finish the class all at once, and you may stop whenever you have to. You can then resume where you left off. GetDefensive.com has your hectic schedule in mind!
How is my court notified when I successfully complete the GetDefensive.com internet defensive driving class?
After you successfully finish GetDefensive.com’s defensive driving online class, the completion certificate will be sent via regular mail to the mailingaddress that you provided at registration. However, keep in mind that you are responsible for delivering it to the court by or before the court due date.
