I took a traditional classroom defensive driving course over 1 year ago. Since I not familiar with internet defensive driving programs, will you tell me what I need to do after enrolling in the GetDefensive.com defensive driving online class?
There are two (2) types of internet defensive driving classes that are available - one is for ticket dismissal and the other is for auto insurance premium reduction.  You may enroll in the internet defensive driving class on any computer with online access, and you are free to start and stop as often as you'd like, and resume from wherever you left off.  The internet defensive driving course is divided into several chapters, and at the end of each chapter you will need to take a brief, multiple-choice quiz which will help you in preparing for the final exam. Once you successfully finish the final exam, GetDefensive.com will give to you a completion certificate which will be sent to you via the mailing method that you pick at the time of registration.
How likely is it that I may obtain some auto insurance premium reduction when I enroll in GetDefensive.com’s defensive driving class online?
It is probable.  Although we do recommend that you consult with your local auto insurance agent before taking the GetDefensive.com defensive driving online class.  It is important to know that many auto insurance carriers offer reductions of up to 10% to policyholders who successfully take the GetDefensive.com defensive driving class.  Also, customers who pass our internet defensive driving course for ticket dismissal get two (2) copies of his or her completion certificate--one to present to the court and one to present to his or her auto insurance agent.
May I finish GetDefensive.com’s Texas defensive driving online course from a different computer if my current computer has been running slow?
Yes.  As long as the computer has internet access, you may complete GetDefensive.com’s defensive driving class from any computer.  You are allowed to use multiple computers if you want to, but you will have to be certain that each computer has the flash and browser features that are necessary. GetDefensive.com will run a brief scan on any computer that you log into for the initial time to be certain that it has the needed software installed.  GetDefensive.com can work into a hectic daily routine!  
I am a busy student and have numerous distractions during the day. May I start and stop the GetDefensive.com Texas defensive driving online class as often as necessary?
Yes, you may start and stop as needed when you finish GetDefensive.com’s defensive driving internet program.  You are not required to take the program all at once.  When you do need to take a break, you can then resume where you left off.  GetDefensive.com’s course is flexible, and it may be arranged around any hectic schedule!
How can I receive my Texas certificate of completion after I have passed the GetDefensive.com online defensive driving course?

Yes.  State Law in Texas restricts you from removing a second traffic ticket every twelve (12) months. If you are not certain as to when you last finished the online defensive driving course, we strongly advise that you consult with the traffic court to confirm if you currently are eligible to finish GetDefensive.com's  defensive driving internet course.
Can you tell me if the GetDefensive.com defensive driving internet course quizzes count against my final score?
No.  There is a short quiz after each chapter in GetDefensive.com’s defensive driving online program.  The quizzes are meant to help you get ready for the defensive driving final examination.  They do not weigh against your total score in the internet defensive driving class.
The most recent defensive driving program that I attended was in the traditional classroom setting. Does my local court accept the GetDefensive.com defensive driving online course?
