The prices may vary by format for GetDefensive.com’s Texas internet defensive driving classes and online auto insurance reduction courses.  The cost may be slightly more if you select the defensive driving DVD or the defensive driving streaming video.  For the online defensive driving course, the price is the lowest possible cost under State law, and this includes the shipping of the Texas certificate of completion that will be mailed.
I prefer to take the GetDefensive.com defensive driving internet defensive driving course in the next week. Can you let me know what is the process after registration?
Basically, there are two (2) types of internet defensive driving courses that are available.  One is for ticket dismissal and the other is for auto insurance premium reduction.  You can finish the online defensive driving class on any computer with online access, and you are free to start and stop as often as you'd like, and pick up from wherever you left off.  The online defensive driving class is divided into several chapters, and at the end of each chapter you will need to take a short, multiple-choice quiz which will help you in preparing for the final exam. Once you satisfactorily finish the final exam, GetDefensive.com will give you a certificate of completion which will be mailed to you via the shipping method that you select at the time of registration.
I really need to receive an auto insurance premium reduction. Is this possible when I take the GetDefensive.com Texas defensive driving online course?
Although we do recommend that you contact your local auto insurance agent before signing up for the GetDefensive.com Texas defensive driving online class.  It is helpful to know that many auto insurance carriers offer discounts of up to 10% to policyholders who successfully finish the GetDefensive.com internet defensive driving course.   Also, customers who do complete our internet defensive driving course for ticket dismissal get two (2) copies of his or her completion certificate -- one to give to the court and one to submit to his or her auto insurance agent.
Am I required to use the same computer when I finish the GetDefensive.com defensive driving internet program?
No.  GetDefensive.com’s online defensive driving course may be taken from any computer, as long as it has internet access.  You are allowed to use multiple computers if you want to, but you will need to be certain that every computer has the flash and browser features that are required. GetDefensive.com will run a brief scan on any computer that you log into for the initial time to make sure that it has the needed software installed.  GetDefensive.com can easily work into anyone’s daily routine!
My schedule does not permit me to complete GetDefensive.com’s Texas defensive driving online program in one sitting. Am I allowed to start and stop the class often if I cannot finish it all at once?
Yes, you may start and stop as needed when you take the GetDefensive.com’s defensive driving internet course.    You do not need to take the class all at once.  When you do need to take a break, you can then resume where you left off.  GetDefensive.com’s course is flexible, and can be worked into your full schedule!

I need to take a defensive driving internet program. Is GetDefensive.com court approved?
Yes.  GetDefensive.com is 100% approved by every court in the State of Texas for online ticket dismissal.  If you are qualify for ticket dismissal, your court will let you know you as to when you must complete a defensive driving course.  Also, if you satisfactorily finish the GetDefensive.com defensive driving internet course, you may be eligible for a 10% auto insurance discount through your insurance carrier; however, we strongly urge that you first consult with your local auto insurance agent.
What are the eligibility requirements for finishing the GetDefensive.com defensive driving online course?
State Law in Texas restricts you from removing more than one (1) traffic citation every twelve (12) months. If you are not clear as to when you last took the internet defensive driving program, we strongly advise that you contact the traffic court to verify if you currently are eligible to complete GetDefensive.com's  defensive driving internet course.
Can you confirm if the GetDefensive.com defensive driving internet class quizzes count against my overall score?
No.  There is a brief quiz after each chapter in GetDefensive.com’s defensive driving online program.  The quizzes are meant to help you get ready for the defensive driving final examination.  They do not count against your total score in the online defensive driving program.
