Basically, there are two (2) types of internetdefensive driving courses available.  One is for ticket dismissal and the other is for auto insurance premium reduction.  You may take the online defensive driving class on any computer with internet access, and you are allowed to start and stop as often as you'd prefer, and pick up from wherever you left off.  The internet defensive driving class is divided into several chapters, and at the end of each chapter you will be given a short, multiple-choice quiz which will help to prepare you for the final exam. Once you successfully complete the final exam, GetDefensive.com will issue you a completion certificate which will be sent to you via the shipping method you select at the time of registration.
How likely is it that I may obtain some auto insurance premium reduction when I enroll in GetDefensive.com’s defensive driving program over the internet?
It is probable.  Although we do recommend that you check with your local auto insurance agent before enrolling in the GetDefensive.com defensive driving online course.  It is important to know that numerous auto insurance carriers offer reductions of up to 10% to policyholders who successfully complete the GetDefensive.com defensive driving course.  Also, customers who pass our online defensive driving course for ticket dismissal get two (2) copies of his or her certificate of completion--one to submit to the court and one to present to his or her auto insurance agent.
I have a hectic schedule, and may have to take the GetDefensive.com Texas defensive driving online class from two different computers. Is this permitted?
Yes!  You can finish the GetDefensive.com defensive driving internet class from more than one (1) computer if you need to, but you will need to besure that each computer has the flash and browser features that are needed. GetDefensive.com will run a brief scan on any computer that you log into for the initial time to be certain that it has the required software installed.
