The prices may vary by format for GetDefensive.com’s Texas internet defensive driving classes.  The price may be slightly higher if you select the defensive driving DVD or the defensive driving streaming video.  For the internet defensive driving class, the price is the minimum allowed price under State law, and this includes the mailing of the Texas completion certificate that will be sent mailed.
I took a traditional classroom defensive driving class over 1 year ago. Since I not aware of internet defensive driving classes, will you tell me what I need to do after signing up for the GetDefensive.com defensive driving internet course?
There are two (2) types of internet defensive driving classes that are available - one is for ticket dismissal and the other is for auto insurance premium reduction.  You may enroll in the internet defensive driving course on any computer with internet access, and you are permitted to start and stop as often as you'd like, and resume from wherever you left off.  The internet defensive driving program is divided into several chapters, and at the end of each chapter you will be given a short, multiple-choice quiz which will help you in preparing for the final exam. Once you pass the final exam, GetDefensive.com will give to you a certificate of completion which will be sent to you via the shipping method that you pick at the time of registration.
I really need to receive an auto insurance premium reduction. Is this possible when I sign up for the GetDefensive.com Texas defensive driving online course?
Although we do advise that you contact your local auto insurance agent before taking the GetDefensive.com Texas defensive driving internet program.  It is helpful to know that many auto insurance carriers offer discounts of up to 10% to policyholders who pass the GetDefensive.com online defensive driving course.   Also, customers who do complete our internet defensive driving course for ticket dismissal get two (2) copies of his or her completion certificate -- one to give to the court and one to give to his or her auto insurance agent.

I am a busy student and have several distractions during the day. May I start and stop the GetDefensive.com Texas defensive driving online program as often as necessary?

GetDefensive.com is 100% accepted by every court in the State of Texas for internet traffic ticket dismissal.  If you qualify for ticket dismissal, your court will inform you as to when you must complete a defensive driving program.  Also, if you successfully complete the GetDefensive.com defensive driving online class, you may qualify for a 10% auto insurance discount through your insurance carrier; however, we strongly urge that you first call your local auto insurance agent.
