I want to sign up for the GetDefensive.com Texas defensive driving internet class for auto insurance premium reduction purposes. After registration, what are the next steps in order to pass the internet defensive driving program?
GetDefensive.com offers two (2) types of internet defensive driving classes - one is for ticket dismissal and the other is for auto insurance premium reduction.  You may take GetDefensive.com’s online defensive driving course on any computer with online access.  You are allowed to start and stop as frequently as you'd like, and then resume from wherever you left off.  The online defensive driving program is divided into several chapters, and at the end of each chapter you will have to finish a short, multiple-choice quiz which will help prepare you for the final exam. When you pass the final exam, GetDefensive.com will issue to you a completion certificate which will be sent to you via the shipping method that you select at registration.
My auto insurance premiums are higher than average, and I obtained a traffic citation recently. When I take GetDefensive.com’s Texas defensive driving online course, do I qualify for any auto insurance discount?

I completed a traditional defensive driving classroom course almost 1 year ago. Am I now eligible to take GetDefensive.com’s defensive driving class for ticket dismissal?
No.  State Law in Texas definitely restricts you from removing a second traffic ticket every twelve (12) months. If you are not certain as to when you most recently finished the internet defensive driving course, we advise that you check with the traffic court to find out if you currently are eligible to take GetDefensive.com's defensive driving online class.
If I do not do well on the quizzes in GetDefensive.com’s Texas defensive driving internet class, am I still able to successfully finish the internet defensive driving program?
It is feasible.  There is a short quiz after each chapter in GetDefensive.com's online defensive driving class.  The quizzes help to prepare you for the defensive driving final exam, but they do not count against your overall score in the internet defensive driving program.
