GetDefensive.com offers Texas internet defensive driving courses, the price may vary by format.   If you select the defensive driving DVD or the defensive driving streaming video, the price may be slightly more.   For the internet defensive driving course, the price is the lowest possible price under State law, and this includes the mailing of the Texas completion certificate that will be sent via regular US mail.
I recently obtained a traffic ticket and need to enroll in GetDefensive.com’s Texas defensive driving online course for ticket dismissal. What are the steps to successfully complete the online defensive driving program?
GetDefensive.com offers two (2) types of online defensive driving classes - one is for ticket dismissal and the other is for auto insurance premium reduction.  You may enroll in GetDefensive.com’s internet defensive driving class on any computer with internet access.  You may start and stop as often as you'd like, and then pick up from wherever you left off.  The internet defensive driving course is divided into several chapters, and at the end of each chapter you will be required to complete a short, multiple-choice quiz which will assist you in preparing for the final exam. When you favorably complete the final exam, GetDefensive.com will issue to you a completion certificate which will be mailed to you via the mailing method that you select at registration.
If I satisfactorily finish the GetDefensive.com defensive driving course, am I eligible to receive any auto insurance premium reduction?
Yes, it is probable.  Although we do urge that you call your local auto insurance agent prior to enrolling in the GetDefensive.com defensive driving online class.  Also, we can tell you that many auto insurance carriers offer reductions of up to 10% to policyholders who satisfactorily finish the GetDefensive.com defensive driving class.   Also, customers who get through our internet defensive driving class for ticket dismissal get two (2) copies of his or her completion certificate--one to give to the court and one to give to his or her auto insurance agent.
If my computer stops working properly, am I permitted to switch computers in the middle of the GetDefensive.com defensive driving internet class, and then resume where I left off?
Definitely!  You can begin the GetDefensive.com defensive driving internet class from one computer, and then complete it from a different computer.  You can work from multiple computers if you want to, but you will have to make sure that each computer has the flash and browser features that are needed. GetDefensive.com will run a brief scan on any computer that you log into for the initial time to make certain that it has the necessary software installed.  GetDefensive.com can easily work into anyone’s schedule!
I have a demanding job, and I have numerous interruptions during the day. Am I permitted to start and stop the GetDefensive.com defensive driving internet class, and then resume where I left off?
